A great Salsa to use as topping for your fish, chicken or steamed veggies! 1 chopped tomatoe 1/2 red or sweet yellow onion chopped 6 tbsp cilantro garlic clove (1 to 2) diced jalepeno pepper 1 squeezed juice from 1 lime 1/2 c red and green peppers Combine and enjoy.
