Pork Tenderloin
Anyone have any good ideas for pork tenderloin on the program? I'm not much of a meat eater and need to try some new things but have never cooked pork tenderloin before.
Directions 1.In a resealable plastic bag, combine the oil, lemon juice, peel, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper; add pork. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
2.Drain and discard marinade. Grill, covered, over medium coals for about 13-14 minutes on each side or until juices run clear and a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
Love pork tenderloin... a very nice lean piece of meat!
