lava cakes
now this is an easy one! take the pancake of your choice and mix it with 100ml of cold water. spoon half of the mixture into a small cup size oven safe dish and bake at 350 for 15 min's take it out add a chocolate, butterscotch or raspberry walden farms dip sauce and then spoon the other half of the mixture on top and place back into the oven for another 15-20min's eat hot right out of the oven! now if you want a little extra twist add a big spoon full of walden farms marshmello dip on top... its better then dream whip :)
I.P. Pizza
1 packet of IP maple oatmeal 1packet of IP chili 1/4 tsp baking powder 3 small pinch of baking soda 4 oz of hot water ( i use boiling) 8 drops of Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/4 tsp of dried Italian herbs (basic, oregano, marjoram, hot peppers, garlic) Fresh garlic Select vegetables, sliced thin Preparation:Preheat the oven at 350, blend the contents of the Oatmeal and the Chili together with the baking powder, baking soda, hot water, virgin olive oil and dried herbs until the water is absorbed and all the dry ingredients are equally distributed. Rub fresh garlic directly onto a non-stick baking sheet. Spoon mixtures into two pizza rounds and flatten out. ( Just a note... this is a very runny batter so spread with the back of your spoon to get the shape you want) Bake for 15 min. Remove from the oven. Garnish with thinly sliced mushrooms, eggplant, green peppers or any other vegetable from your choice from the select veggies list. Broil just long enough to roast veggies to taste! Remove from oven and enjoy.... Remember that this is 2 restricteds so share this pizza with someone.....

Clothes to giveaway
As all the Ideal Proteiners are dropping in clothing size, myself included, I have size 14 and 16 clothes that no longer fit. Capris in several colors (most with price tags still on), some tops, bathing suits etc. If anyone can use them just let me know and I will leave them at Details for you. No charge. Just enjoy and pass on to someone else when they are too big for you. Let me know. Dianne
